Diagrammatic rollout study, not a navigation map or municipal plan. Every host opts in; every device has a physical off switch.
OPERATING BOUNDARIES
No lasers, skyward beams, flame, smoke, explosive material, projectiles, or debris.
No emergency imitation. “Need a hand” means neighbor assistance; call 911 for emergencies.
Quiet hours by default. No continuous tones, surveillance, open microphones, or public address list.
Any physical pilot begins with host consent, line-of-sight tests, local review, and a one-evening shutdown plan.
